Hikr

Hikr, was created for a class project, the objective was to create an app for those hiking the Appalachian trail. I took the assignment a step further and wanted to include all hiking trails! The app’s target audience would be millennial's who love to hike or want to start! As someone who falls into this target audience and loves hiking I understood how difficult it can be to find hiking trails online and to know if it is a good location and what to bring on the trip, especially when I was first starting out. My goal for this app was to make it easy to use, for the user to get information quickly, and for the user to track their information of past and future hikes. I created the low-fidelity prototypes for this app using Sketch.
